
My range goes from 90 FPS (the cap) to ~20 FPS. I'm running the game on a 4690K, a GTX 980Ti, a 500 MB/s SSD, and 8 GB of 1600Hz DDR3 memory, and I still cannot maintain a framerate above 30 FPS in some instances where lots of geometry and effects are on screen at once.

Most reports would tell you that the PC version could run at 1080p30fps without much issue.Įxcept that the framerate frequently falls off a cliff, whereas the console versions are far more stable.
